UHealth Tower 10th & 11th Floor Upgrades

This project is a complete renovation of the 10th and 11th Floors at UMH in downtown Miami. We demolished and rebuilt 64 patient rooms and bathrooms, nurse stations, common areas, offices, conference rooms, etc. Scope consisted of a new VAV mechanical system, new power and lighting, new plumbing, all new finishes, nurse call system, fire alarm, access control, etc. 100% AHCA approval was achieved on the first attempt.
