PREConstruction
Our team of professionals has the knowledge and experience in executing commercial, healthcare, institutional, and specialty construction projects with an unmatched ability to produce and manage detailed preliminary budgets, value engineering options, project scheduling, site planning and logistics, and the coordination of multiple trades and vendors. CAMCON offers services related to preconstruction and project planning during the design process and dedicates staff to the design team and clients as needed.

Construction
CAMCON’s team has over 200 years of combined experience, totaling over $1BN dollars of construction projects managed. Each project is operated by a dedicated team consisting of a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent, as well as Foremen to oversee the successful execution of each trade. In addition to an experienced crew, CAMCON utilizes local subcontractors/vendors and historical data to capitalize on present market conditions and improve project cost.
