In 2015, Carlos de Mena founded CAMCON Group, a privately held construction firm, providing the highest quality of service across Florida. Carlos started his career from the ground up working as a construction laborer in 1994 until 1996. His 30 years of experience grew a portfolio of construction projects in healthcare, university and higher education, sports facilities, residential multi-family, senior housing facilities, class A offices, industrial and retail. With a degree in Construction Management from FIU’s School of Engineering, Carlos serves on the Board of South Florida Association of General Contractors and is a member of the Association of Building Contractors. Carlos has led CAMCON Group to be recognized and ranked multiple times as one of the fastest growing business in South Florida and as one of the top construction firms giving testament to his leadership skills.
