CAMCON Group led the 4,369-square-foot renovation and expansion of the Gables Pediatrics Medical Facility, transforming an existing ground-floor building into a fully modernized pediatric healthcare environment. The project involved extensive interior construction to create a new medical office while bringing all building systems and interior elements into full compliance with current codes and healthcare standards. The scope included significant demolition work, most notably the removal of an existing bank vault, structural modifications to interior walls, and the installation of new structural support for HVAC systems. Additional improvements included the addition of two new exterior egress doors and the replacement of an exterior window, enhancing both safety and functionality. The result is a thoughtfully rebuilt pediatric facility designed to support efficient operations and provide a welcoming, high-quality environment for patients, families, and medical staff.
