Phase two of the Somerset Academy Dade South project features a versatile cafetorium and athletic facilities, including indoor basketball and volleyball courts. In total, both phases of the development deliver 90,000 square feet of institutional space across a single property, combining a two-story classroom building and a full gymnasium. A key challenge of this project was executing construction while maintaining full operation of portions of the existing campus. Our team coordinated closely with school administrators to ensure safety, minimize disruption, and deliver a seamless transition into the new space demonstrating our commitment to excellence even under complex, occupied-site conditions.
